Patent pending.

Three U.S. patent applications are on file, covering, among other things:

• composing large-scale artwork from a photographic corpus by a named vocabulary, without altering a photograph’s pixels; the stable semantic map; and world-travel sharing of an archive (filed June 26, 2026);
• reconstruction of photographic work identity — recognizing the many files that are one authored photograph, and refusing to absorb a panorama or composite into any single parent (filed August 2, 2026);
• the exactly looping fractal descent video — a mosaic that contains its own subject as an ordinary tile, dived into by a camera whose loop closes by construction, and rings of mosaics each containing the next (filed August 2, 2026).

“Patent pending” means applications have been filed and rights have not yet been granted. This page is intended to provide notice under 35 U.S.C. § 287(a) for any patents that issue from these applications, and it is kept current: claims here rise and fall with the filings themselves.
